Superb offers a 100% Uptime SLA. If at any time your services are affected you’ll be credited 1 day of service for each hour of outage.
How long does it take to create or upgrade my Cloud instance?
Depending on the size of the selected plan, it can take anywhere from 1-5 minutes to create or upgrade your cloud instance.
How do I upgrade my plan so that I can use more resources?
